  • In 1966, estimated sales by SUPERVALU-affiliated retailers exceed $1 billion for the first time. Only seven retail supermarket chains in the country have sales of this scope.
  • SUPERVALU Military distributes grocery products from three regions consisting of five distribution centers to commissaries, central distribution centers and exchanges located on 97 military bases in 17 states and the Far East.
  • SUPERVALU saved more than 270,000 tons of cardboard from landfills in 2006.
